Senior Manager, Accounting, Stable Corporate Bank

A stable corporate bank is hiring a Senior Manager for their Accounting team.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Accounting to join their Hong Kong branch. This role involves overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support decision-making.
- Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
