Join our Operational Risk Central team as a support analyst and be responsible for the day-to-day support of our Governance, Risk and Compliance systems.

What role will you play?

Your key responsibilities will include triaging, troubleshooting and responding to user queries on Operational Risk-owned systems in a timely manner, performing regular user access management, data management and reporting activities. Working closely with the product change team, you will understand the operational impact of system changes and ensure operational support readiness and assist as needed with system testing, documentation and training for system enhancements, maintenance activities and upgrades.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
