Position Title - Associate

Department - Investment Research

Location- Bangalore

Job Purpose

The roles will require proficiency in financial modeling analysis, database management, and report writing skills. The ideal candidates should be exceptionally bright with a keen interest in equity research.

Key Responsibilities

• Building financial models from scratch with detailed drivers, projections and valuation
• Working on setting up pre-results table, Earnings update, Earnings preview, Comps, Databases and client queries
• Maintain coverage of stocks in the sector Writing short to long research reports
• Actively participate in team discussions and provide insights
• Monitoring consensus trends Work on adhoc projects and other duties as assigned  

Key Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Excel Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects Flexibility in in work timings depending on client requirements
• Working knowledge of databases like EIKON, Datastream, and Bloomberg
• An MBA/CA/CFA with 0 to 4 years of relevant experience
