CFD The primary purpose of this role is to provide an excellent service to our high-value clients, the core of our business, whilst managing client exposure to reduce business risk to the company.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales and relationship management top performer currently working in a high-revenue client-facing role to join the Premium department and demonstrate their ability to service and enhance our high-value clients.Role responsibilities:
  • Manage a book of clients, identifying and introducing commercial opportunities in order to maximise the value of these house accounts.
  • Identify new opportunities and source new business through a successful client relationship journey.
  • Over-the-phone trade execution and hedging of client trades through various channels.
  • Provide additional desk support to the Premium team through administrative tasks when required, as well as support for inbound client queries.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of communications, meetings and business agreements with clients, logging them into client data-based systems.
What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 3 years within a client facing/relationship management role, having demonstrated consistent performance and high value service with an ability to drive new business.
  • Managing HNW clients and key accounts with a proven track record.
  • Previous experience executing client trades in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • In-depth working knowledge of the Australian CFD and leveraged product industry.
