Senior Accounts Payable SAP

Fed Finance is a dedicated recruitment firm which specialises in Accounting & Corporate Finance roles.
My name is Baptiste YLONEN and my client, a Hospitality firm, is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable (with SAP knowledge), for a permanent role.

- Supervises all aspects of the Accounts Payable, including managing the reconciliation of invoices vs. purchase orders and received items, the timely weekly and monthly payments of such invoices, the payment reconciliation and the monthly preparation of accruals.
- Cross-trains with the other Senior Accountants to ensure smooth coverage of all functions during leaves.
- Collaborates with the FP&A and the Purchasing Manager to analyse requirements for variable costs, ensuring a high level of details and understanding of expense trends within the property for all departments.

- 3 years accounting experience in hospitality environment and supervisory experience
- Expertise of SAP
- Extensive experience in Accounts Payable with the ability to manage a complex tax and contractual environment.
- High level of integrity, detail oriented with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
