As a future Strategy Analyst & Transformation, you will report to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, and you will be part of AXA IM Alts Real Estate.

DISCOVER your opportunity

Assist Alts senior management in the preparation of strategic analysis/ presentation and support the Deputy Chief Operating Officer in the development of the Real Estate & Infrastructure operating model.

Your role and responsibilities will include

Strategic Planning & Analysis
  • Support Alts senior management in the preparation of strategic reviews, providing market insights and financial analysis to inform business decisions
Executive Presentations
  • Assist in the development of strategic presentations for the executive team, board meetings, and external stakeholders
Transformation Initiatives
  • Collaborate with the deputy COO in driving operational transformation, including process optimization, technology implementation, and robust control framework to enhance scalability and efficiency
Change Management
  • Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in for operational changes across departments
Your Profile

Your qualifications and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, M&A or a similar role within the financial services or asset management industry.
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Your knowledges and skills
  • Strong financial modelling, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent English and French written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information succinctly in presentations and reports.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment and contribute to transformational initiatives
