Summary
The successful Consultant will be responsible for the oversight of Fund Administrative activities (Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Client Expenses, support services and external vendors). Interacts with various business areas and adheres to the oversight program in accordance with the outsourcing guideline. The Fund Accounting Consultant reviews and signs off Fund's NAV and be the first point of reference for day-to-day queries related to fund administrative matters and serves as a liaison internally to ensure issue resolution.

Major Duties
- Effectively perform oversight functions and adherence with oversight governance and control.
- Ensure NAVs are accurate and delivered on a timely basis.
- Assist client in resolving complex fund accounting issues and/or other fund administration matters.
- Review interim and annual financial statements, active liaison with clients and external auditors to resolve audit queries and meeting regulatory audit filling deadlines
- Maintain a sound level of KPIs and high touch client service quality and build professional rapport with client.
- Prepare and participate in internal service review meeting on Fund Administrative functions delegated to offshore centers.
- Conduct projects, sketched assignment as assigned by the Fund Administration Manager.
- Assist in design and implementation of internal audit practices and procedures.
- Strong technical skills in financial instruments
- Good understanding of fund structures on accounting systems
- Ability to perform fund expense analysis and expense processing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Independent, flexible and adaptable to change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Good organizational skill and time management.
- A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
- Related industry qualification is preferred.
- At least 5 years of fund administration experience, with at least 2 years fund reviewer experience.
- Experience with fund's documentation and/or internal & external service level agreements review.
- Knowledge of IFRS, SFRS and/or US GAAP
- Knowledge of Singapore Fund Management regime, Singapore VCC and Cayman Islands fund structures.
- Language - English (required), Mandarin language proficiency highly regarded.
