Job Description:

Treasury Analyst

• Prepares settlement instruction and records daily securities settlement in PAM
• Prepares daily Investable Funds Report timely and accurately
• Records manual journal entries (correcting, adjusting and reversing) pertaining to Collection and Investments accounts in the Investment system (PAM) & SUN GL, SAP
• Coordinates and confirms daily with banks on maturities of money market placements and other settlement and cash-related queries
• Process fund transfers to / from various banks, manual or online
• Handles updating and monitoring of NAVPU publication on various websites and broadsheets and other needed internal reports

Preferred skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• preferably a CPA

Qualifications:

• Experience: at least 1 year in Treasury Operations

Technical/Soft Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)/Internet applications
• Good English communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues/concerns on a timely basis
• Personal attributes such as initiative, attention to detail and with sound work ethics
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Quick learner
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others
