KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prepare and analyse financial and management data encompassing revenue, expenses, drivers and other financial data for business reviews
- Manage end-to-end process of business introducers compensation
- Project work in data enhancement on existing MI financial reports
- Review and analyse cost allocations with Head Office
- Deep dive analysis on various income streams
- Involve in annual budget planning as well as regular forecast
- Participate in financial and driver based forecast model development and governance.
- Proactively engaging and interfacing across Businesses, Finance, and other relevant functional departments to leverage information and streamline processes to drive performance.
- Involved in Finance related project work
- Interaction with colleagues at Group Finance
- SME on core banking enhancement such as datahub implementation / IT innovation
- Involved in MAS and HKMA regulatory surveys
- Procedures and KOP documentation
- Assist in any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified CPA / ACCA / Accountant or finance degree equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant banking or financial industry experience
- Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) at all organizational levels
- Results/task orientated with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritize work effectively in an accurate manner
- Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter who takes the initiative to create and deliver enhancements
- Pro-active and positive attitude
