About This Job
As a Treasury Operations and Cash Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for the oversight of team members responsible for cash processing activities and new client onboardings and ongoing client maintenance within Axos Bank's suite of Treasury Management solutions. You will ensure team output is at required levels of quality, prioritize assigned workflows, and ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team responsible for new Treasury Management builds for clients utilizing up to but not limited to the following Treasury Management services : Zenith integration services, Online Wires, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Deposit, Check Positive Pay, Information Reporting, Account Transfers, Stop Payments, FX Wires, Bill Pay, API Services, and Data File Services.
- Ensure Treasury Management enrollment forms are completed accurately and ensure proper approvals have been obtained for services.
- Manage online maintenance requests including adding new accounts for services and performing online user and/or company maintenance as requested.
- Manage process for cash orders with our supplier to replenish inventory levels at our virtual vaults.
- Ensure that clients and accounts are setup accurately on the cash ordering platform and users with access to place cash orders are enabled.
- Manage process for client cash order requests intake and accounting entries within the Bank's core deposit system to support outgoing cash orders from client accounts.
- Monitor cash deposit activity with our third-party service providers and post credits to client accounts. From time to time, adjustments may be required to client accounts and Bank GLs and will be dictated by the service provider's reporting.
- File currency transaction reports related to the cash ordering and deposits conducted by clients. Timeliness and accuracy are paramount for regulatory compliance.
- Ensure team follows departmental procedures and SLA's.
- Ensure high-level of accuracy.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5-7 years of financial services experience in the areas of Treasury Management support and Commercial banking.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- Maintain customer confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a high-volume and process-oriented work environment.
