Position Summary:

Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Hands on experience on Adobe experience Manager.
  • Knowledge about AEM components, forms and templates.
  • Must be aware of AEM content Authoring.
  • Must have led large projects from inception to delivery.
  • Good understanding of Scrum and other related project management practices.
  • Agile Project Management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating Scrum Events: Ensures that all Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) are productive and time-boxed.
  • Removing Impediments: Identifies and removes any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
  • Supporting the Product Owner: Assists the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring that the team understands the product goals.
  • Promoting Collaboration: Encourages collaboration between team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and information exchange.
  • Ensuring Adherence to Scrum Principles: Ensures that the team follows Scrum principles and practices, and helps them adapt to changes as needed.
  • Monitoring Progress: Tracks the team's progress using tools like burndown charts and other metrics to ensure that the team is on track to meet their goals.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provides coaching and mentoring to team members to help them improve their skills and work more effectively.
Salary Range: >$100,000
