In this role you'll be working for a global business that is a leading supplier of treatment technologies for metal, glass substances and plastics.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for day-to-day support for the customer service team.

• Answering incoming calls, as a first point of contact
• Managing the customer service email inbox
• Support with customer orders
• Support with invoicing
• Other tasks set out by the customer service manager
• Liaising with other departments

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous phone-based customer service experience
• SAP experience will be highly regarded, or similar ERP-based systems
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Ability to deal with customers face-to-face
• Positive attitude
• Great attention to detail
• Being able to work in a varied role
