In this role you'll be working for a global business that is a leading supplier of treatment technologies for metal, glass substances and plastics.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for day-to-day support for the customer service team.
- Answering incoming calls, as a first point of contact
- Managing the customer service email inbox
- Support with customer orders
- Support with invoicing
- Other tasks set out by the customer service manager
- Liaising with other departments
- Previous phone-based customer service experience
- SAP experience will be highly regarded, or similar ERP-based systems
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with customers face-to-face
- Positive attitude
- Great attention to detail
- Being able to work in a varied role
- Located in the Eastern Suburbs
- Mon-Fri 9-5 (No WFH options)
- Free car park on site
