For an international company in Eindhoven we are looking for a fluent English speaker who could become the manager of the AP team at the FSSC. This company is the world's leading travel retailer, their Financial Shared Services Center is located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. The Financial Shared Services Center is the heart of the financial data which is collected from all around the world.

This company is growing and it has a lot of potential and opportunities. In this company you will work in a big team with other young finance professionals with international backgrounds. Functie
  • Coordinate the process to book, approve and pay on due time liabilities relating to trade, general and capital expenditures in an efficient way and ensuring the existence of adequate controls along the process
  • Liaise with the applicable stakeholders to improve and optimize the Accounts Payable process
  • Ensure compliance with Tax and other regulations when it comes to the Accounts Payable process
  • Determine and implement actions to improve the AP services based on metric results, including monitoring the individual performance of the members of his/her team
  • Oversee project activities to successfully ramp-up his/her organization when required (i.e. ensure Legal Entity transition quality including knowledge transfer and process documentation), giving hiring recommendations and managing the approved hiring plan
  • Take part in the recruitment process of new hires, both in CV selection and job interviewing.


Profiel
  • Education on HBO level (Bachelor degree) in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in Accounts Payable in an international Company
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience with SAP and other major ERP systems (Oracle, Navision) is a plus
  • Experience with Blackline or other reconciliation tools is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Willing to work in a challenging multicultural environment
  • Excellent Knowledge of English Language, both written and verbal

  • Hybrid model: Work from home in the office 3 times a week + Work from home 2 times a week
  • Flexibility: If necessary, in consultation with the team lead/manager, employees can choose to work longer on a certain day and then work for a shorter work day the next day.
  • Canteen: Wide array of foods, fully functional canteen working between 9 am to 2 pm.
  • Month end meetings/gatherings: Different themes, event coordination team organising events. Teams also organise a lot of events within themselves more frequently (potlucks, lunches, etc.)
  • Fridays are usually the dress casually days

  • Work from home allowance: This is currently 2 euros a day to contribute towards electricity/heating and such things that we utilise while we work from home
