This position will play a key role in driving the business towards a more sophisticated cross-channel marketing approach. The marketer will work cross-functionally between marketing strategy, execution and creative development to implement multi-channel marketing communications plans. They will Initiate and support the marketing plans to drive brand and product awareness, web traffic, engagement and lead generation, as well as work closely with the content, social media, and marketing ops teams to execute marketing campaigns with a multi-channel approach. Multi-channel touchpoints include but not limited to; email marketing, social media, paid media, public website, landing pages, webinars, conferences and events. This role is heavily comprised of strategy, execution, and close collaboration with cross-functions teams, alongside project management.

Job Responsibilities
- Works with the other members of the channel and product marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans to meet business objectives
- Creates marketing assets/materials and manages all facets of execution needed for marketing plans, including the development and editing of marketing materials specific to institutional asset servicing products and services - determine the theme/content/design, and coordinate the development of the materials with the graphics team and/or outside vendors
- Works with subject matter experts and the content marketing team to develop thought leadership and content
- Works with various groups to plan and manage participation at industry conferences and events
- Coordinates and manages conferences, events and webinars including materials - developing and preparing agendas, securing speakers, giveaways, presentations, and other collateral as needed (heavy event management role)
- Works with our marketing automation tool to manage marketing programs, track metrics and report marketing campaign performance back to the business and leadership
- Supports and executes email marketing campaigns
- Works with in-house PR team on press release development and media outreach
- Works with necessary marketing teams to provide digital, social media, and campaign reporting back to the business
- Stays abreast of marketing industry trends and makes recommendations to most effectively market and drive business
- Operates independently and proactively meets deliverables and deadlines
- Partners on other marketing projects for all areas of the business and collaborate with all business and marketing peers on marketing efforts as assigned, ensuring effective collaboration on enterprise-wide initiatives
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and experience developing marketing plans
- Highly organized with ability to handle multiple projects independently
- Event Management Experience - Tradeshows, conferences, hosted events, webinars
- Results-driven, high-performing individual with excellent planning skills and attention to detail
- Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experience with marketing automation, or email marketing tools a plus
- Knowledge of financial services, asset servicing and/or asset management industries is a plus
- 3+ years of marketing, advertising and/or communications experience
- Financial services experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
