Eames Consulting is currently working exclusively with an international insurer on the hire of a Regional Manager. Based in Bristol, the Regional Manager will be responsible for building out market-leading teams across multiple product lines, driving our client's retail strategy across the South-West geographical region in the UK. The role will have P&L responsibility and will be accountable for the performance and growth of the region.
This is a new role/branch, so experience of growing teams and providing effective oversight is essential.
