Associate Director, Corporate Client Coverage (Career Comeback Program)

The Opportunity:

This opportunity is part of our Career Comeback program within the Corporate Client Coverage team, in Institutional Banking & Markets.

The Corporate Client Coverage team leads banking relationship management to corporate clients across a range of sectors. This includes clients in the retail, industrial, technology, health, real estate and infrastructure sectors. The team has a focus on providing consistent, high quality client coverage; understanding clients' capital and business needs; and effective partnering with stakeholders.

You'll play a key role in providing client, transaction and operational support to senior bankers across the customer lifecycle. With a passion for excellent customer service, you'll develop close working relationships with your colleagues and clients.

Program Details:

The 12-week program will start on Monday 10th March 2025. It will provide you with re-entry support and training. At the end of the program, a permanent position may be available based on your performance.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

• Taken a career break of 2+ years and looking to return to work
• Diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to legal, accounting, consulting, and finance experience. This may also include but is not limited to business development, project finance, financial modelling and corporate finance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, capable of dealing with a range of stakeholders
• Permanent Australian working rights and are Sydney based
