THE ROLE
Reporting to the Asia Business Controller - (based in Singapore), we are looking for an experienced, confident, and results-driven Financial Analyst that will work closely with the Business Controllers APAC. The role will reinforce the Business Controllers, who support Regional Finance Controller APAC to provide financial support through analyzing, budgeting / forecasting, and reporting to key stakeholders.

OPPORTUNITIES
  • You will be accountable for APAC Management Scorecard and Business Review decks on a monthly basis, including actuals and rolling forecast review. Conduct detailed analysis vs Budget/Forecast, analyze past results to identify trends, opportunities, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • You will be assisting in evaluation of budget requests.
  • You will prepare data to update/upload standard monthly reports into Oracle and ensure accuracy.
  • You will maintain Hyperion database and standard reports.
  • You will support Business Controllers in ad-hoc analysis to understand business drivers to enable decision making.
  • You will prepare and analyze Net Working Capital by customer.
  • You will ensure compliance to all Group Policies and maintain records to enable Audit.
  • You will assist in special projects as assigned and provide actionable insights.
  • You will improve processes and financial modelling.
  • You will coordinate with Corporate FP&A, SSC and other finance members to review financial information.
SKILLS
  • You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting.
  • You should have up to 5 years of Financial Accounting, Forecasting, Analysis and Reporting experience preferable in a multinational company.
  • You should have strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP) - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle/Hyperion systems.
  • You should have in-depth understanding of Finance and Business Controls requirement in an IT/Software Business environment.
  • You should assume ownership of tasks and delivers with minimum guidance.
  • You should have the ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
  • You should have the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • You should have strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize own workload.
  • You should have self-motivation and focus on continuous improvement.
  • You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
