We are now working with a leading UK focused advisory firm/ boutique. They have had an incredibly successful year, and are now looking to add an Analyst to their team
Day to day, this will involve the following duties:
Assisting with the execution of transactions including M&A, corporate finance and other related activities
Preparing financial and valuation models for potential corporate client opportunities
Drafting relevant corporate finance and related transactional documentation
Preparing marketing presentations for current and potential corporate clients with appropriate research and data analytics
Deal execution
Supervised day-to-day liaison with corporate clients regarding stock market trends and developments
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- 2nd or 3rd year analysts with other banks
- ACAs with experience in lead advisory or M&A
- excellent communication skills, confident and with presence
- strong academics
