A Top 10 Accounting Practice is recruiting for an Employment Tax Associate Director to join their ever-growing National Employer Solutions team

The Employer Solutions team includes specialist teams covering Employment Tax, Global Mobility and Share Schemes. The team advises clients across a variety of sectors including start-ups, mid-market clients, public sector bodies and large corporates.

In this Employment Tax Associate Director job you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients
  • Actively involved in building relationships and aiding senior colleagues in winning client work and in driving forward the strategy of the group
  • Line management of a team; delegating tasks, mentoring, and nurturing their professional growth
  • Partnering with other specialist teams and colleagues regarding advisory projects and ongoing client work
  • Preparing proposals and presentations for new work to prospective clients
  • Continuously develop your employment tax technical knowledge

You will have demonstrable experience working in Employment Tax in a Professional Services environment. Ideally, you will hold a qualification such as ATT or CTA, however individuals qualified by experience will be considered. This position can be located in our clients' London, Guildford, Reading, Gatwick, Bristol, Southampton or Birmingham
