Job summary
The Talent Partner Lead manages a team of HR professionals who deal with most of the HR transactional activity during all employee life cycle from onboarding to termination in order to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and employee experience.
Responsible for implementation of HR strategies/ programs and HR activities that require understanding of country regulations, makes sure the team has robust processes in place, and handles the activity in line with local and global compliance.
Responsibilities
Providing local HR support and advice to management and employees.
Facilitating coordinating and driving HR processes on ground in Singapore based on global processes and local requirements including cooperating with HRBP colleagues in Centers of Excellence such a Recruitment Academy and Compensation and Benefits
Ensuring HR compliance safeguarding employee relations and maintaining frameworks and company policies aligned to the local legislation
Local Onboarding and Employee Engagement facilitate local employee connect through a range of scheduled set initiatives
Support various HRBP activities which include but are not limited to internal promotion program merit program (Annual negotiation with unions), Engagement programs, Retention programs, People Engagement Surveys, Communication, etc.
Work with HRBPs and follow through with People Engagement Surveys actions. Regularly support HRBPs business for meaningful and measurable actions for stakeholders.
Prepare and participate in internal and external audits and labour law related audits when required as a partner to the HRBPs.
Support new HR systems implementation (e.g. Workday).
Certifications Required
Good to have HR certification (SHRM)
