What role will you play?

In this global role, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of data management best practices, focusing on data quality, advisory, and risk management. Your expertise in Data Management will be key to developing and implementing frameworks that align with Macquarie's policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborating closely with senior business stakeholders, you will use your strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to understand business needs and support the implementation of data management frameworks, enabling a data-driven and risk-aware culture.

What you offer

  • At least 3 years of experience in data management, governance, or consulting, specifically within the data/risk domain.
  • Demonstrated success in the implementation of data governance programs.
  • Advanced proficiency in data governance tools, such as Collibra.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities to forge effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and manage expectations adeptly.
  • A strong passion for driving change, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proven track record of delivery through project or implementation experience, with a focus on process-oriented task completion.
