The candidate is to assist the asset management team across Asia Pacific as follows:
- Support strategies to maximize performance and enhance assets by working with internal stakeholders (leasing, property management team and country managers) to formulate action plans with respect to optimising operating expenses and capital expenditure management
- Carry out projects under development, AEI, asset valuation, asset review and hold-sell analysis for the assets under management.
- Assist to analyse and implement effective lease management in areas like deal structuring, renewal & customer retention strategies, customer & asset risk assessment eg. Know Your Clients and arrears monitoring.
- Prepare & consolidate budgets and periodic forecasts relating to net property income and capital expenditure of the portfolio, variance analysis with review of actual performance against budget and asset plan.
- Reporting - consolidate and analyse data at individual property and portfolio level for periodic quarterly reporting with investors. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and presentation slides outlining asset performance for internal management and investors.
- Co-ordinate initiatives for the team across countries in the areas like Compliance, Environmental, Social & Governance, Health Safety and Environment, audit etc.
- Degree in Business/ Finance / Estate Management or its equivalent, with flair for numbers.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in asset management in real estate/ data centre sector, with proven track record in managing projects under development or asset enhancement initiatives.
- Exposure in international Real Estate or Data Centre industry would be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, resourceful team player with good people management skills and able to lead initiatives independently.
