Our Data Management team in London is integral to executing our data strategy, transforming objectives into actionable tasks, and addressing daily data challenges. We are committed to building innovative Data Products and providing stakeholders with precise and timely sustainability information. Our focus is on leveraging Financial and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) datasets to develop well-governed data products that meet regulatory and client reporting requirements, including key Financial and Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting deliverables.

What role will you play?

In the role of a Data Management Specialist, you will be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team, enhancing our data capabilities and ensuring the accessibility of accurate sustainability information. Your responsibilities will include dissecting large goals into manageable tasks, immersing yourself in day-to-day data operations, and contributing to the creation of new Data Products. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Analysts to support the advancement of data governance and the development of data products that fulfill our commitment to sustainability and regulatory compliance.

What you offer

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a readiness to embrace greater challenges and a comprehensive understanding of how your work contributes to the organisation's success
  • Practical experience with SQL or Python, and a keen interest in further understanding our business and fostering relationships across teams
  • A proactive approach to learning, with a desire to expand your skill set through formal training and engagement with cutting-edge technology
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative nature, essential for working effectively within our team and contributing to a culture of innovation and flexibility
