Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and processing of insurance-related documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all required transactions and communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact regarding insurance markets, providing timely and accurate information.
- Address client inquiries and issues related to invoices, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
- Process insurance market collection, sanctions check preparations, invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Ensure the timely and accurate entry of related data into the company's financial and operational systems.
- Prepare regular reports on insurance markets collections and sanctions checking results, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Senior Credit Controller and other team members to streamline financial and operational processes.
- Support other tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the O&F team.
Experience/Skills:
- Prior Insurance Market experience is advantageous
- The ability to organise and prioritise workloads under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong documentation skills with a high attention to detail
- A good team player who can also work from own initiative
- IT/Computer literacy
- Excellent numerical skills and the ability to examine data critically to extract commercial and actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to be self-driven, pro-active, well organised and display strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate in a highly multidisciplinary and collaborative environment where effective exchange of knowledge between peers is crucial.
