Swisslinx, on behalf of an investment boutique located in Lucerne, is excited to announce an opportunity for an Executive Assistant. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional administrative and strategic support to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Take charge of complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure meticulous preparation and follow-up for all engagements.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and manage comprehensive travel arrangements with attention to detail.
- Daily Operations: Handle a variety of tasks including communications, planning, and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Research & Strategy: Conduct specialized research and play a key role in advancing strategic internal initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Completed commercial education or equivalent qualifications.
- Professional Development: Additional training as an Executive Assistant, ideally with a recognized certification such as the Swiss Federal Diploma.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in professional services sectors like investment banking, fintech, or law.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken German, along with a strong command of English.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Mindset & Work Style: A proactive approach with high responsibility, autonomy, and efficiency in task management. Strong commitment to confidentiality and an organized work style.
