Job Description:

Improve visibility to Technology Third Party Risk trends/metrics and oversight of our Technology Third Party relationships, with an increased focus on vendor relationships presenting Moderate risk levels. The successful candidate will possess exceptional written and oral communication skills while balancing details of risk requirements to ensure appropriate classification and risk mitigation for the Technology supplier portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute against Technology Third Party Risk Management program expectations by obtaining partner feedback/approvals for Technology engagements
  • Manage ongoing monitoring documentation of our Moderate Risk Technology engagements, including Quarterly Scorecards and Event Driven Business Reviews.
  • Ability to appropriately escalate vendor concerns and trends to relevant Technology and Risk groups
  • Project planning, stakeholder coordination and execution support of Technology vendor management risk assessments and ongoing monitoring
  • Drafting email communications to stakeholders for coordination and tracking of NT Technology business unit progress for assigned activities
  • Ability to complete weekly/monthly reporting activities to show progress against monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing vendor relationships or improving efficiencies across Technology
  • Weekly and monthly updates to Master Inventory for all Technology related engagements
  • Quality review of our Ongoing Monitoring artifacts
  • Mediate issues as needed for in-scope vendors
Skills
  • Prior experience with Third Party Risk Management concepts and fundamental requirements
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong grasp of interpreting and manipulating data using Microsoft products
  • Skilled at driving project deliverables
  • Comfortable collaborating with NT partners (Technology partners, Third Party Risk Management, Technology Risk)
  • Eagerness to learn and engage with NT partners
  • Prior experience with Technology vendors preferred but not required
