Responsibilities
The person will be responsible for the following:
- Partner closely with Business in developing a deep understanding of key performance drivers of the business and provide inputs on business financials/trends/related issues.
- Drive automation of current reporting processes
- Perform deep analysis on the business performance using available data.
- Good understanding of accounting policies.
- Establish strong internal controls over the business financials and processes to comply with accounting and internal policies.
- Hands-on with an eye for details and delivery focused.
- Highly driven and initiative taker.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Degree in Accountancy or a Finance related discipline.
- Prior experience in management accounting or business controlling functions would be an advantage.
- Broad-based understanding of wealth management business would be an advantage.
