Job Description:
Provide sound & reliable financial advice to bank customers:
- Stationed in bank branch to provide financial solutions to customers
- Establish customers' financial goals
- Determine their current financial situations to identify any shortfalls
- Develop wealth management strategies to plan for their future
- Customize solutions for individual needs and regularly review financial plans
- Be a financial solutions provider who provides affordable solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals
- Act as financial coach to provide guidance on saving
Maintain strong rapport with bank partner:
- Work closely with branch staff to provide innovative product solutions to address customers' health protection and long-term savings and investment needs
- Develop & grow the business portfolio with bank partner to achieve premium growth & underwriting profit objectives
Grow & strengthen relationship with customers:
- Foster and enhance relationships with partners' customers, with special focus on Prudential range of insurance products to complement the customers' existing financial and investment portfolio
- Provide quality, efficient after sales services
