AVP - Financial Planning & Analysis/Business Finance (Investment Banking/Financial Markets)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CFO and regional traders with performance reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage stakeholders and offshore teams to analyze performance and explain key financial metrics.
• Collaborate with wider business on initiatives, tracking progress and measuring outcomes.
• Prepare budgets, monitor actual results against targets, and optimize financial resource usage.
• Lead process improvement projects, ensuring robust control procedures and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 5+ years' experience in FP&A - with experience working in an FP&A/Business Partnering role within Investment Banking (supporting a Financial Markets / Trading business - covering assets such as FX, Rates, Derivatives, Fixed Income)
• Experience in visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, Alteryx
