My client is a Stable, Foreign Corporate Bank Branch in Hong Kong. The Finance department is now looking for a new Finance Manager to support bank-wide financial analysis and management reporting duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in finance department total team of less than 6, reporting directly to Head of Finance
- Provide recommendations and analysis from financials and take part in delivering commentaries and relevant insights to drive business strategies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting duties, bank-wide
- Stay on top of market trends and external drivers to provide recommendations on new strategies for growth for the bank within the region
- Deliver performance reporting analysis based on data and be able to explain KPI points, business trends
- Engage in stakeholder management with various Business and Department Heads
- Support ad hoc duties including automation-related and streamlining projects
Required Skills & Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related
- A minimum of 6+ years and above experiences in business finance / management reporting / management accounting / budgeting / forecasting / FP&A, etc within the banking industry
- Proactive, independent, and hands-on attitude
- Native level English and Cantonese communication skills
- Analytical and good problem-solving skills
