What will you be doing?
- • Pro-actively manage constantly changing calendars for a Managing Director and several Executive Directors
- • Arrange complex meetings across multiple time zones.
- • Book overseas travel and arrange schedules and meeting itineraries.
- • Manage and process expense claims ensuring they are within Firm policy and meet accounts payable deadlines
- • Identify and integrate new hires into the department by arranging desks, requesting equipment and log on details.
- • Ensure accurate organisation charts are prepared and uploaded on a quarterly basis.
- • Become the point of contact for all administrative queries within your business area.
- • Provide holiday and sickness coverage for other Executive Assistants within the department.
- • Provide administrative support to any projects that arise within the department
- • At least 3 years work experience as an Executive Team Assistant preferably in Financial Services
- • Discretion and the ability to work with confidential information
- • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- • Aptitude for working in a swiftly changing, dynamic environment
- • Strong attention to detail
- • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- • Self-motivated personality with high standards for quality of work and accuracy
- • Work as an Executive Team Assistant in the Finance department of one of the world's top tier Financial Institutions and gain first-hand insight of our business
