As a Senior Finance Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

Collaboration and Support: Liaise with budget managers to provide expert guidance on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Strategic Influence: Develop and maintain relationships that influence decision-making processes and support the financial resilience of the organization.
Financial Analysis: Deliver comprehensive financial analyses to monitor performance and progress towards achieving strategic goals.
Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to projects that drive the strategic direction of financial initiatives within the organization.
Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills to write and develop detailed financial reports that effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders.
Resource Management: Plan and prioritize resources effectively to meet key milestones and deadlines within a fast-paced financial environment.

Proven experience leading financial projects and contributing to strategic direction.
