Major Duties :1. Provide analytic and administrative support to traders. This may include calculation of daily P&L, inventory levels, monitoring currency exposure, booking and affirming trades, confirming foreign exchange transactions, preparation of reports for trading desk management

2. Work to minimise operational risk

3. Provide day-to-day support and guidance for Trade Support Analysts

4. Supports Team Manager in ensuring operational efficiency, focuses on the day-to-day operation of the department

5. Identify and document new procedures and controls

6. Provides on-the-job technical training and coaching for Analysts

7. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact

8. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management

9. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees

10. May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)

11. Technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas

12. Delivers a work product that requires less revision

13. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions

Knowledge :Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
Analytical and problem solving skills are required
Be able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical

Experience :A College or University degree and/or relevant work experience is required.
