Pega Sr. Developer / Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEGA frameworks, case management, user experience, data and integration, application development, and platform. Additionally, domain expertise in Airlines is good to have.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support existing Pega application with ticket resolution within the defined SLA
• Develop and implement PEGA-based solutions to meet business requirements as part of enhancements and/or service requests
• Provide expertise in PEGA frameworks, ensuring robust and scalable application architecture.
• Utilize PEGA Case Management to streamline and automate business processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using PEGA User Experience principles.
• Integrate PEGA applications with various data sources and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration strategies and solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PEGA applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PEGA applications, addressing any issues promptly.
• Document all development processes, configurations, and changes for future reference and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest PEGA platform updates and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions.
• Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
• Demonstrate expertise in PEGA Case Management, including the ability to design and implement complex workflows.
• Showcase proficiency in PEGA User Experience, creating user-centric designs that enhance usability.
• Have experience in PEGA Data and Integration, ensuring seamless connectivity with various data sources.
• Exhibit strong skills in PEGA Application Development, from initial design to final deployment.

Experience:

• 3 to 7yrs.

Certification(s) Required:

• Certified Pega System Architect (CSA),
• Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)
