Responsibilities:
- Attain an expert-level understanding of finance team processes and deliverables in support of Global Operations and IT groups.
- Produce deliverables and meets all customer needs as part of financial close, forecast, and planning processes.
- Lead projects, ensuring deadlines are met, while mitigating and escalating identified risks
- Align initiative plans with the business plan, including calculation and tracking of investment and benefit values.
- Develop and thoroughly document business requirements in consultation with Project leads, IT, Global Ops & Finance stakeholders for a variety of process improvements and transformation initiatives.
- Document defects, understand root cause and ensure adequate solutions are developed and implemented to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
Technical Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business with an Accounting/Finance major or related field preferred.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of FP&A experience with a large public company
- 2 years of Project Management and/or top-tier consulting experience
- Proficiency in end-user applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Experience documenting workflows in MS Visio
- Experience with Alteryx or Power BI
- Experience with Workiva or similar automated reporting tool.
- Experience with Qlik or Apptio strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
