Senior Equity Analyst/Portfolio Manager 5yrs+ Experience, Minimum

Winslow’s consistent approach to stock picking and portfolio management has
delivered alpha for our clients over multiple time periods. Investment team members have a passion for picking stocks and are independent thinkers who understand contrarian philosophies and behavioral finance. Analysts must apply unique insight in analyzing a company to find unidentified or underappreciated catalysts and Wall Street misperceptions.

Seeking an executive with an entrepreneurial mindset and the temperament to seamlessly fit in and contribute to our Investment Research Team. This mindset should be a marriage of the candidate's existing core competencies and investment framework melding with Winslow's proven long-term success of finding neglected, mis-perceived or under-followed companies. We want a high-energy, self-starter who has intellectual humility. Pathway for ownership in firm. MUST BE A LOCAL RESIDENT.

Job Responsibilities
-Idea generation of 4-8 individual stock recommendations per annum to lead Portfolio
Manager

-Client-facing presentations and interactions with both Individual and Institutional investors, and third-party capital allocators
-Sector specific research coverage, including generating new ideas and following
current holdings.

-Management and organization of individual accounts, both individuals and institutions, following Investment Policy Statements, liquidity needs, cash flow analysis, tax sensitivity, etc. 
-Participation in investment team weekly discussions.

Qualifications/Characteristics
-Proven track record of success picking individual stocks

-Client-facing experience in the past= Required

-Fundamental, bottom-up research experience required
-Ideal candidates must have a college degree, MBA/CFA preferred, 5+ years of
experience in equity or investment research, minimum
-Ability to work independently, self-motivated
-Proven ability to clearly communicate ideas, accept input from others and work within a
collaborative research framework.
