The Team You'll Work With
The Fund Administration team at Carta is rapidly growing and we would like to add highly motivated, innovative individuals who are willing to "roll up their sleeves" to join the team. Our three main pillars of competency in Fund Administration at Carta are technical excellence, client management and innovation. The Problems You'll Solve
You will have the opportunity to support the administration of funds, investment vehicles and develop systems and innovative solutions to streamline internal processes. You will be working alongside the most talented fund managers and dealmakers in the world and will help them realize their ambitions of supporting the companies of tomorrow.
You will be working on specific projects and initiatives across the business, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and customers remain compliant with regulations. You will also be collaborating with the fund administration, compliance, sales and product teams on relevant issues related to our products and services.

About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic and has a keen interest in solving problems.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the preparation and filing of FATCA/CRS reports and/or
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the preparation and filing of GST/XBRL
- Detail-Oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excited and have experience working in fast paced environments
- You're interested in providing best-in-class-service
- Strong prioritization skills and can manage competing demands while persevering to solve challenging problems
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the fund industry: you intimately understand the pressures facing our clients and are ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment
