This role gives the Finance Business Partner responsibility for the maintaining the company's financial statements, management reporting and financial controls. Success in the role depends on your ability to partner with Senior Management and provide accurate financial data that supports business needs.

What the day will look like
  • Be responsible for forecasting, planning and business analysis for the business unit/area of responsibility
  • Preparing and presenting the monthly forecast updates to Senior Management on the company's position relative to budget/forecast
  • Managing the annual budgeting process, including the design of templates and the critical review of planning assumptions
  • Provide relevant and accurate financial analysis and updates on Revenue of dedicated departments
  • Partnering with the Country Senior leadership and other teams to deliver analysis and insights to influence the business and drive financial performance
  • Supporting the financial review of key initiatives focused on driving business performance, incl. Profitability, Fees, Revenue Walks, SIB review
  • Supporting the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process and controllership related activities
  • Produce high quality and accurate submissions of financial information to Region/Group head office
  • Maintaining overall day-to-day accounting of the dedicated entities (incl. month end close tasks activities)
  • Managing the cash flow, treasury, account payables and account receivables processes
  • Overseeing reporting process to local authorities, tax reporting
  • Day-to-day co-operation with other local business team and supporting role of junior finance analyst
  • Preparing documents for the Board Meetings and additional ad hoc financial disclosures and reports

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Minimum of 5 years' accounting experience, with solid understanding of FP&A area
  • Previous experience partnering with business/operations
  • Professional accounting qualification would be a plus
  • Knowledge of financial technical accounting
  • Fluency in English
  • TM1, Workday skills would be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • An ability to continually seek to improve
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of data, perform data reconciliations and present clear and concise analysis to senior executives
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, under tight deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to adjust working hours when required to meet tight reporting deadlines of a public company based in different time zone
