Partners Group is seeking a temporary recruiter to join our Human Resources team for a 12-month assignment, supporting high-volume recruiting activities for our European operations. Based in our Zug office, we are looking for a dedicated professional to fill this temporary role and commit to a 100% work quota during the assignment.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the recruiting process for junior to management level positions in Europe
- Lead full lifecycle talent sourcing for different departments
- Work closely with hiring managers to assess hiring requirements and write compelling job descriptions and advertisements
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews in person and via video conference
- Conduct candidate briefing & feedback sessions
- Extend job offers and liaise with HR operations during the onboarding process - successfully converting selected candidates to employees
- Execute coordination tasks with strong attention to detail
- Build credible and effective relationships, internally and externally, that bring value to the business
- Demonstrate the ability to calmly address candidate and hiring manager challenges
- Drive the focus on candidate experience to ensure our candidates are treated with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
What we expect
For this exciting opportunity, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual who is a self-starter and can work independently in an entrepreneurial organization.
The successful candidate should have the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 to years of proven work experience as an in-house recruiter within finance, or 4 to 5 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency within finance
- Keen interest in the Finance industry and passion for learning about private markets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and manage tight deadlines to support company growth
- Problem-solving and service-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors and MS Office is preferred
- Fluent in English, German proficiency is optional
