Client Billing Administrator role within Cash Cycle Department is a role directly connected with making sure external client receives an invoice for delivered service(s). The Team works as a support of Health Consultants and provide administrative and financial expertise in area of system client' agreements setup and maintenance, revenue recognition and billing.

What the day will look like

You will be working closely with the german speaking countries and India teams to ensure that all work is carried out in a monthly manner and with a high standard:
  • Analyzing client' agreements and finance documentation provided by Consultants to ensure effective contract setup on the system and revenue recognition at the end.
  • Acting as a requestor for revenue to be recognized by Finance India Team.
  • Billing Decision Reports analysis and invoices approvals.
  • Credits and rebills of already issued invoices.
  • Cooperating with other teams to ensure information is effectively transferred between Teams.
  • Dealing with daily financial queries from Consultants
  • Completing tasks within the monthly schedule to ensure we meet monthly financial deadline

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • English level - C1
  • German level B1/B2
  • Ability to analyze finance data/documents and check its accuracy with high attention to details.
  • Communication and Teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure of time at month closures
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to volumes (two peak months per year).
  • Willingness to learn and expand knowledge in finance area.
  • Previous experience in finance or technical environment (accounting, finance analysis) would be an asset.
