Actuarial Consultant / Team Manager
You will work in a variety of project teams together with Aon Colleagues in other locations to deliver a wide range of actuarial and analytical solutions to Aon's global client base. From day one, you will be given responsibility on projects, assisting Senior Members of the European teams on a range of areas.

You will work in a variety of project teams together with Aon Colleagues in other locations to deliver a wide range of actuarial and analytical solutions to Aon's global client base. As an Actuarial Consultant, you'll be required to:
- Project management on several types of actuarial deliveries (reserving/pricing/capital modelling)
- Contribution in review process, training delivery and mentoring less experience colleagues
- Management of the part of Actuarial and Analytics Team (up to 10 people)
- Ability to connect with variety of stakeholders and clients
- Demonstrate commitment to collaborative culture, coaching and sharing experience with other Colleagues
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills addressing a range of internal and external audiences appropriately
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in actuarial role
- Ability to connect with variety of stakeholders on Senior Level in the matrix environment
- Proven track record of delivering actuarial services independently and as part of the team
- University degree in statistics, math, actuarial science or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize own tasks and work under time pressure
- Spotless record and strong ethos
