We have a great opportunity for a proactive HR Advisor to provide high quality HR services to business in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The incumbent will be required to implement various Human Resources programs and services to contribute to our mission of attracting and retaining top talent.
About the Role
• Manage and provide support on employee lifecycle, compensation & benefits administration, HRIS within HK HR Department
• Perform and execute all payroll functions including monthly payroll, account booking, shares award, tax returns, final payment, MPF and other C&B related matters
• Manage leave records and administration in accordance with the Company's policies
• Manage external vendor for payroll, pension funds, tax, salary surveys, insurances, outplacement services and relocation services
• Support the Annual Insurance Renewal process to ensure talent retention and market competitiveness
• Act as the point of contact of staff for any C&B inquiries
• Support the Annual Compensation Review processes and maintain accurate HR data
• Collaborate with HR partners to provide guidance on salary recommendation and benefits inquiries
• Prepare reports, compensation and benefits metrics for management
• Implement and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and scalability
• Keep close watch of the development of local employment market, legislation and tax requirement in Hong Kong to ensure full legal compliance
• Participate in implementing and follow up on regional and ad hoc projects

The HR Advisor plays a valuable role in the HK HR team which also comprises, Head HR HK & Korea, HR Partner, and HR Advisors who which provide end to end HR support to the Hong Kong business, leveraging our global HR centers of excellence.
About You
• Strong HR professional who comes with 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices and regulatory requirements
• Adaptability to work in a matrix multicultural/multinational organization and appreciation of cross-functional cooperation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to create rapport with and build strong ongoing relationships
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and hands-on with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work to agreed timelines
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, HRIS systems)
