The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) offers a challenging opportunity to high-potential candidates to develop a thorough understanding of finance and Marsh McLennan's businesses.

The Full-Time FLDP is a three-year program designed to cultivate future leaders for Global Finance. FLDP Associates have unique access to our key decision makers - Marsh McLennan's CFO and the Finance Leadership Team are committed to the program and its participants. Marsh McLennan strives to attract and retain high-caliber, motivated MBAs who have the potential to become the next generation of leadership at the company. During the first two years, the program is comprised of three eight-month rotations that enable Associates to gain a well-rounded view of the company. Rotations will include working with senior leaders to analyze strategic and operational issues, gather market intelligence, and advance business growth. Your third year, you will transition to a full-time position within the Finance Organization.

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE:
  • Support Global Finance through the assigned placement team
  • Assist in managing and executing team projects and strategic initiatives
  • Depending on placement, responsibilities may include, but are not necessarily limited to: Competitor and industry analyses; Due diligence and valuation modeling; Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; Cash flow and liquidity analysis; Corporate accounting and public company filings; Presenting detailed findings from data set analysis; Review and evaluate controls to improve operating efficiency
  • Engage in learning, networking, community service and events

ABOUT YOU:
  • You have completed an MBA program on or before Spring 2025
  • Ideally you will have some pre-MBA work experience
  • You are an agile thinker who is ready to make an impact and solve complex problems
  • You must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

The applicable base pay for this role is $145,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
