Job Description
You will join the European investment team based in Paris, responsible for the analysis, due diligence and implementation of acquisitions, as well as disposals, in cooperation with the financial, legal, tax and technical teams.
Six-month internship in Investment, Real Estate, starting January 2025 in Paris
Stipend: €2,000 gross monthly

What you will do
- Participate in site visits in Paris, Berlin and London;
- Conduct preliminary investment analyses: location, accessibility, asset quality, investment thesis, etc.
- Create investment cash flow models (real estate as well as private equity/corporate);
- Prepare memos for Ivanhoé Cambridge Investment Committees;
- Participate in coordinating external consultants (brokers, lawyers, banks, notaries, etc.) who assist in acquisitions and disposals.

What you bring
- You are looking for a midterm internship or you are in the final year of school for business or engineering;
- You have a keen interest in finance, investment funds and international commercial real estate, ideally with experience in one of these fields;
- You have written and spoken proficiency in English and French; German is a plus;
- You are proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as document databases.
