As a senior consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actuarial valuation and other actuarial consulting services. This role is focused on providing high-quality solutions to corporate clients regarding their retirement plans, while also contributing to business development expansion.

Key responsibilities :
- Work with corporate clients developing and preparing actuarial valuations of long-term employee benefit plan for financial reporting
- Provide advisory services to corporate clients regarding their retirement plans, employee benefits and/or total rewards.
- Support business development by collaborating with team members to create proposals and highlight additional services
- Manage internal and external relationships to identify new business growth opportunities

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional actuarial qualification (ASA, IFoA, FIAA, FIAK)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in field of retirement pension, actuarial, consulting
- Fluent both in Korean and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Qualifications (Preferred)
- University degree with major in mathematics, statistics and/or actuarial science
