What the day will look like
- Responsible to monitor and follow up on the cash call / claims collection from reinsurers and to ensure it meet our service level timeline. Responsible to reconcile, prepare and send FA statements to B2B reinsurers for settlement according to pre-agreed settlement cycle.
- Responsible to reconcile and follow up on the settlement of quarterly accounts and risk management fees from / to the reinsurers.
- Responsible to reconcile and follow up on the third-party brokerage sharing from / to the third-party brokers.
- Responsible for timely MDP & premium adjustments disbursement to reinsurers.
- Responsible for receipt allocation for collection from reinsurers / direct payments from reinsurers to clients.
- Responsible for client / reinsurer bank details update or verification process upon request.
- To assist in any audit confirmation from clients / reinsurers upon request.
- To assist in preparing the presentation deck and meeting minutes in the CS client visits / meetings. To assist supervisors in the administrative / filing tasks. Any other ad-hoc tasks that may assigned.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Education / Qualification / Relevant Experience
- Graduate Degree in Finance / Accounting / Insurance discipline
- Preferably with minimum 2-3 years working experience in finance operation / insurance related fields.
Skills
- Computer skills (especially Microsoft Office - Excel and PowerPoint)
- English Communication skills (both written and oral)
