Position Summary

Conducts small assignments, assists in planning and control of medium to larger assignments and supervises junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Valuations, including valuations for taxation (stamp duty and CGT), mergers and acquisitions (including purchase price allocation) and litigation support;
• Preparation of Independent Expert's Reports for ASIC and ASX purposes;
• Preparation of Investigating Accountant's Reports;
• Due diligence;
• Financial investigations;
• Financial modelling and forecasting;
• Preparation of Expert Witness Reports for litigation purposes; and
• Assistance with lead advisory engagements, including information memorandum preparation, data room management & stakeholder management.

Education Requirements:

Essential

• Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major

Desirable

• CA Business Valuation Specialist

Demonstrated Experience & Attributes

Essential

• 4-6 years' experience in Professional Services
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Desirable

• Previous experience managing a team
• Strong networking skills
