Functie
As a Business Controller, you provide insight into growth for stores, management and shareholders, among others, through high-quality information provision. You are responsible for management information, analyzes and Board reporting at an international level. You take initiative in making pragmatic improvement proposals and you ensure good communication with the partners you work with. You are also responsible for the following activities:

• Business partner for part of the Retail organization and a number of Corporate departments of the group;
• Performance tracking for the stores (KPIs; projects) and cost control;
• Investment analyzes relating to the stores and Retail support projects;
• Capex tracking and value driver monitoring;
• Forecasting & budgeting;
• Supporting the growth strategy, among other things, through M&A activities;
• Various ad hoc projects at group level;
• Communicates information to the Board and management.

Profiel
The Business Controller we are looking for is a proactive and initiative-rich person who is driven and accurate. You are an objective thinker who can make a difference. You see work and start working on it independently. Thanks to your strong communication skills, you will be able to find your way within our organization in a short time. You also meet the following job requirements:

• You have obtained an HBO/WO diploma or relatable.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
• Extensive experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and EPM software;
• Power BI would be very useful. Very data savvy. Experience with Tagetik, Tableau, Anaplan (or similar tools) desired;
• You have strong numerical insight;
• Experience within a Retail organization or B2C environment is an advantage.
• Fluent in English , word and writing.
