Major Duties :1. Participates in the design and approach to
job structure and other related compensation
programs. Creates and conducts market data
presentations.
2. Monitors and reviews market data for trends and the quarterly salary adjustment recommendations for assigned business unit.
3. Creates and conducts market data presentations.
4. Reviews the operation of various facets of the
compensation process to assure compliance with
corporate goals and various government regulations.
5. Analyzes and maintains equity of current
compensation programs compared to trends
and legislated requirements.
6. Receives general direction and is competent
to work at the highest technical level on all
compensation issues.
7. May assist and train other team members.
8. Serves as an expert resource or go to person
within a group.
9. Conducts preliminary analysis.
10. Reviews work of others.
11. Handles more extensive, high-profile work.
12. Responsible for direct interaction with different
committees and/or management.
13. Strategic in developing, implementing and
administering HR programs within functional areas.
14. Project lead.
Knowledge :Is a technical expert with in-depth knowledge in area of
compensation. Requires strong knowledge of other HR
areas and assigned business unit. Requires, strong
analytical ability, strong judgment and communication
skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and
HR management and staff.
