The person we are looking for will be part of the Investment valuation control team in Singapore which is responsible in providing oversight and quality control of indirect investment partner reports outsourced to service providers in ensuring high quality, timeliness, and adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures and supporting the broader valuation control team
The main responsibilities for this position include:
- Performs oversight of and reviews indirect investment partner reports processed by external service providers to ensure accurate and timely reflection of net asset value (NAV) developments.
- Handle queries regarding investment partner reports from various internal departments
- Promptly communicates and helps to resolve any issues or gaps identified in the work performed by service providers and work with them to identify areas for improvement and helps to implement best practices to optimize processes.
- Assists with the processing of reports for direct real estate assets.
- Has a good, general understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Actively contributes to knowledge sharing and team development through participation in meetings, education initiatives, etc.
- Support the broader valuation control team
- Other ad hoc projects and duties
What we expect
- Bachelor in finance, accounting, business administration and/or finance
- Open to fresh graduates or 1-2 years of working experience
- Possess a flair for financial figures and strong computer user skills
- Demonstrate a committed and flexible personality, being eager to learn and to be able to deal with pressure
